Action:
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Control Panel'. (The 'Control Panel' window appears.)

NOTE: At least a 800 x 600 resolution is recommended.
8) Click 'Apply'. (A 'Systems Setting Change' dialog box appears prompting whether or not to restart the computer. The computer must be restarted for the settings to take effect.)
9) Click 'Yes' to enable settings immediately.
